Chairman’s End of Year Address

Ups and downs in recent months have a way of pushing us to patronize and focus on what’s truly important under the circumstances. For the team at Nkabom Co-operative credit union, the things that matters are ultimately driven by our purpose, by this reason Nkabom exist: to help members and communities thrive. This is the beacon that always cut through the fog of uncertain times, the North star that enables us to know in which direction to head.

At the heart of our organization is a dedicated team of individuals who work tirelessly to ensure that our members and customers receive the highest quality service and support. We want to use this medium to extol core management staffs, including our

General Manager Mr. Enoch Paditey, performing an outstanding leadership and strategic vision for the union,

Mr. Osei Kwadwo Hwedie, playing the role of a Loans Manager has ensured efficient and effective management of our loan portfolio meeting national standards, also

Mr. Vincent Adu-Tettey, HR & Member Relations Manager, has been invaluable in building and maintaining strong relationships with our members and staffs as a whole.

Last but not the least is Ms.  Adelaide Larry Osei, the Administration Manager who has kept our operations running smoothly, performing awesomely to the satisfaction of its members, shareholders, surrounding communities and promoters,

To our brand ambassador, Ms. Diana Wepiah Aduweh, Nkabom is grateful for your tireless efforts in promoting the union’s values, mission, and services to our members and the wider community. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for our brand have been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.

In addition to our Core Management Staff, we have also been fortunate to have several other dedicated individuals contributing to our organization’s success. Our Teller, Regina Adukoma Barnes, has been a reliable and skilled member of our team, and our Mobile Bankers, Elizabeth Anane, Faustina Kumi, and Selina Aba Sekyi, have worked tirelessly to bring our services directly to our members, making banking more accessible and convenient.

Also, I extend our sincerest gratitude to Mr. Edward Nana Baidoo, CEO of Warnabaid, for his generous support in kind. His assistance has been instrumental in facilitating the smooth operations of our work and has greatly contributed to the success of our mission. We appreciate his commitment to the advancement of our shared goals, hence look forward to further collaboration in the future.

Further, I would like to acknowledge the support of Engr. Kirk Kofi Kudozia, Head of Works for Amansie West District Assembly, his mentorship and encouragement have been crucial in helping me develop the skills and confidence necessary to effectively lead as the Board Chairman. Thank you, Engr. Kudozia, for your invaluable guidance and support. Your contributions have been greatly appreciated by our organization.

With the dawn of a new year on the horizon, I am filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead. We have achieved so much together over the past year, and I am confident that the future holds even greater opportunities for growth and success of Nkabom CCU.

May the coming year bring each of Us countless blessings, and may the spirit of collaboration and community continue to guide us on our journey.
