Pln. Kwadwo Osei Hwedie, a spatial planner by profession and promoting partner of Nkabom Co-operative Credit Union and administratively playing the role of head of loans.                                                                      

Pln. Hwedie currently holds Erasmus Mundus Masters in Maritime Spatial Planning from a consortium of universities (University of Seville, University of Azores, and University of IUAV of Venezia) and Bsc. Human Settlement Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Pln. Hwedie is into consulting services and has worked on a number of jobs as a consultant for the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO.

Lastly, Pln. Hwedie is the Head of Physical Planning Department of Amansie West District Assembly and a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners.
