Mr. Paditey is a promoting partner of Nkabom Cooperative Credit Union and administratively, playing the role as the General Manager of Nkabom Cooperative Credit Union.

Paditey holds MSc. Accounting and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and BSc. Accounting with Computing from Garden City University.

Paditey is a good standing member of Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA), locally and globally and currently pursuing the professional program aiming at becoming a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Paditey is an expertise in Computerized Accounting and has substantial experience in business operations and management using various accounting related software coupled with accounting related role with Judicial Service, Ghana with a rank as a High Court Registrar and Warnabaid Ventures as an Accountant.

Paditey also plays a part time role as Account Officer and Head of Administration of AGG Ghana Ltd, a Mining Support Service Provider in the Amansie West District and co-founding Director of VEPS 4 Limited Company
